Baking Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line your baking tin or cupcake tray.
2. Combine Wet Ingredients:
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil (or melted butter for a richer flavour)
250ml (1 cup) milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option)
3 large eggs (or egg substitute for a vegan option)
Whisk together until smooth.
3. Add Dry Mix: Gradually add the 600g of vanilla baking mix to the wet ingredients. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and well combined. Do not overmix.
4. Optional Add-Ins: Fold in any desired add-ins, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared tin or cupcake liners.
