Makes 18 to 24 cookies

60ml (¼ cup) milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option)
Optional: Add-ins like sprinkles, chocolate chips, or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.

Bake for 10–12 minutes for soft cookies.
For crispier cookies, bake for an additional 2–3 minutes
Baking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
In a mixing bowl, cream together: 110g (½ cup) butter (or vegan substitute), 60ml (¼ cup) milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option), Mix until smooth and well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add 650g of the sugar cookie mix to the wet ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Shape the Cookies: Roll the dough into small balls (approximately 20–30g each) and place them on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each cookie. Flatten slightly with your hand or a fork.
Bake:Bake for 10–12 minutes for soft cookies.
For crispier cookies, bake for an additional 2–3 minutes.
The cookies should be lightly golden around the edges.
Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
